Black Arch Holsters

This is my third Black Arch holster for my carry set up. It’s comfortable, conceals extremely well due to lack of bulk and the adjustable retention is excellent. I carry strong side, and this is the first holster brand I am comfortable wearing. My entire line of P365s are well protected and concealed.

Perfect fit for Sig 365 xmacro, accommodates threaded barrel w/ protector. Just as perfect as my original 365 holster. Will be ordering the single clip version for Glock 45.6

I have a number of their holsters and was already familiar with the exceptional quality. I had a P365 macro with an aftermarket compensator. I ordered a P365 XL holster thinking it would fit. When I received the holster I obviously had issues with fit. I contacted customer service and they figured out my mistake and offered to send me the right holster if I would send the other one back. They didn’t have to do that because the mistake was mine not theirs. That level of service is rare and appreciated. I will continue to order all my holsters from Black Arch!!

Very glad I gave the Entrada a chance. This holster eliminated printing from a mailbox optic that even the supposedly top Tier competition couldn't hide. Rides a little tighter to the body and flexes at a better angle without rotating the grip so far inward that the optic housing juts out over the belt. Conforms perfectly. I'm axing the Elite for this one. Make some 2011 holsters that accept the TLR-7 HL-X and I'll switch to Black Arch for everything!

I bought the Dual Clip Protos-M 2.0 for my M&P 2.0 and it’s the best hybrid I’ve used. Most hybrid holsters have a "dead spot" near the trigger because of the leather backing, but the Protos-M uses a 3/4 wrap Kydex shell that fully covers the trigger guard. This gives me the consistent "click" retention of a full Kydex holster with the comfort of a leather/mesh backer against my skin.

The dual-clip design is rock solid for a 4-inch barrel, distributing the weight across my belt so it doesn't sag. It’s the reason I’m now comfortable carrying IWB and offboarding my holster setup from my sling bags. It’s more expensive than a basic kydex shell, but for a daily driver, the comfort and safety trade-off is 100% worth it.

I was skeptical when I came across the BA Protos-M 2.0, but I had just acquired a CC9 and BA were one of only a few offering. Don’t get me wrong, the holster looked great in the photo, but I was concerned with the possible bulkiness from the wrap around kydex. Especially when I knew Crossbreed made a good holster and also offered a hybrid IWB for the CC9 for a few bucks less.

I ended up pulling the trigger on the Protos-M 2.0 and I’m so glad I did. Having carried firearms for over 20 years, I’m well aware of how important comfortability is when ensuring a consistent edc. That’s partly why I chose to carry with a hybrid at 4:00. I own plenty of other hybrid holsters for different firearms, some better than other but most relatively comfortable. The Protos-M 2.0 blows those out of the water AND my concern about bulkiness was proven completely unfounded. Others have mentioned they can hardly tell they’re carrying with this holster and my first thought is “sure, right….” Again, I was wrong. I feel like I could easily carry with this holster for 8+ hours straight easily. Sitting, standing, driving etc. -it all works. The added comfort of the interior mesh is also a must.

I bought the optional metal clips, but ended up leaving the stock clips on. They feel fine. Also, my belts are relatively stout and they fit much better than the tighter metal clips. If the stock clips ever fail, I’ll install them. For now, they’re just fine.

The holster is great and comfortable. I love the patterns of the month. I wish theu would keep the iron crane pattern permanetly.
