Black Arch Holsters

Just to update my earlier review of the Protos Heritage for my Hellcat Pro. I can wholeheartedly endorse the Protos Heritage now around 6 months in. I’ve worn this set up a lot more since my last review including some 14-16 hour days, days doing yard work, other work “crawling” around and some other awkward positions. This set up is very comfortable and I believe as close to “forgot it was there” level comfort, accompanied by solid peace of mind level retention. My only recommendation would be to go with the dcc mod 4 clips if you’re going to upgrade over the polymer clips (I can’t say anything for the poly clips as I haven’t used them) as I had the high ride clip let go of my belt one day. I have, and love, the dcc mod 4 clips on my heritage (yes I like it well enough I ordered another) that I picked up for my Glock 19x, that holster is also quite comfortable and concealable for a much larger gun, at least on my large frame. All in all I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made in ordering these holsters, and will definitely be back. P.S. if the could find a way to make these light compatible would be pretty sweet and might force me to buy a or 7 sub, wink wink nudge nudge.

I absolutely love this holster. It’s perfect for IWB carry—super comfortable, even for all-day wear. The materials feel high quality and durable, and the design gives me confidence that it’ll hold up well as part of my EDC setup. The fit for my CZ Shadow 2 Carry is excellent, and the dual clips provide great stability. You can tell this was made with serious attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable holster for everyday use.

Great holster, perfect fit and very comfortable to wear

How much money I would have saved if I had found this Holster in time... But it's never too late, as my Grandfather used to say, when things are good.

I've tried holster after holster that I can wear comfortably all day, tuck in a shirt with, and not have constantly shift on me. I finally went with the Protos M 2.0 and won't use anything else. This thing feels like magic. And it looks so much better than most holsters. I already have gotten two buddies to switch over too.

I like it fits with my body. Very well made holster. Plus great retention and a very modular holster. Definitely worth the money.

I have the Rev-Con for my Sig p938, CZ PCR, and now my Glock 19. This is hands down, the BEST AIWB holster I have found (and I have a huge amazon box proving I have tried a great variety)! Forget Tenicor or the other big names you see associated with certain brands on Reddit. This holster will always fit the gun, is highly modular, and is down-right comfortable to wear all day (provided you have a proper belt). Thank you!

I love this holster. It is comfortable and has full retention with kydex on both sides of the trigger guard, fully enclosed. It is light weight, has a pretty low profile and definitely sturdy. The holes actually do seem to help with breathability. One thing I would love to see Black Arch improve is to extend the stiffener to the complete edge of the leather so the edge doesn't fold over. However, that is a minor so I still give an overall 5 stars.

Its great, I bought the wrong one because I didnt realize they made others. The website was confusing about what was available.

Does an excellent job of making the holster more comfortable while also pulling the grip closer to the body for reduced printing.

Buying holsters online, although a necessity is usually a roll of the dice. Like most I went online and read up and Black Arch was highly recommended. Being new to the CCW world, I ordered a few different ones that they offered for all three of my carry pistols. I texted and emailed for recommendations each time receiving a prompt response. I ended up buying the gradient hybrid and the dual clip Proto as my main holsters and a single clip Proto for one of my pistols. After wearing them for about a month doing various activities, the holsters have molded to my body and after a while you don’t even feel them there. Concealment is top-notch even when wearing snug athletic fit clothing. All of mine are attached with the upgraded DCC clips and I do use them in conjunction with an HC belt. Overall, I am extremely happy I was able to combine shipping, and the customer service was second to none. Craftsmanship is impeccable. Versatility of the holster is awesome. The fit and retainment is first class. My advice is to buy Black Arch, stop wasting time and money you’ll just be disappointed with everyone else.
