Single Clip Protos-M®

Our single clip Protos-M® now features a mesh backed, leather backer for added comfort, but please note this is not the same as our Dri-Matrix™ 2.0 breathable backer. In order to protect your pistol from moisture damage, we never allow for any ventilation directly underneath the pistol or the plastic shell. Since the backer on our single clip holster is so small, there was nowhere to vent that wasn’t directly underneath the gun or plastic shell.

Almost perfect!

Love the comfort and the protection the holster gives your firearm from sweat with the leather backer. But.. the single clip protos definitely needs a modwing/claw attachment. I've seen some guys modify theirs to accept one, no clue why black arch wouldn't do it or offer it themselves. Would be a game changer cause it's probably one of the most comfortable holsters on the market, but does cause significant printing. Just needs a claw!

Just what I needed

This iwb holster fit perfect and is now very comfortable after the leather broke in. Easy to draw and doesn’t print with loose clothing on. I really like the padding on the back I think it will be nice in the warm weather as just leather would get sweaty. I recommend this if you want to conceal a larger sub compact.
