Single Clip Protos-M®

Our single clip Protos-M® now features a mesh backed, leather backer for added comfort, but please note this is not the same as our Dri-Matrix™ 2.0 breathable backer. In order to protect your pistol from moisture damage, we never allow for any ventilation directly underneath the pistol or the plastic shell. Since the backer on our single clip holster is so small, there was nowhere to vent that wasn’t directly underneath the gun or plastic shell.

Protos-M single clip

This is the most comfortable holster I have ever worn, the cant and height adjustments make it fit me perfectly. I also like that it has the trigger guard retention, that's a plus. The only thing I did was add a wedge. If you want the best and most comfortable AIWB holster out there, you HAVE to get this one, you won't be disappointed.

I think i like this better than the dual clip protos-m! I ordered the upgraded clip, which is well worth the investment and gives the holster a much more premium and secure feel.

Top quality can still be found

The 3/4 design concept is genius. The other hybrid holsters don't compare to the security (and the secure click) that Black Arch's 3/4 approach provides. Beyond the design, the execution and quality are top notch. The holster is light, comfortable, retains well, and provides for adjustments that tailor the fit to your body. Peace of mind and comfort are both met. Black Arch is not the cheapest, but it is a great value for what you get. I have two Protos single clips, two Protos double clips, and one Rev-con for three handguns - just wish they would add my fourth handgun to their list of available holsters (how's that for a hint?). They are that good.

Great Holster

After trying several other holsters and returning them I ordered the Single Clip Protos-M. This holster is a perfect fit for my Berreta and it's the most comfortable holster I've ever had. It really is great for my EDC. The only thing I would like is a little more adjustment for the cant. That's just my personal preference. It just doesn't have enough for me. It's still five stars.
